Our main goal during this period of time was to build networks ad create opportunities. The aftermath of covid continues to make this a very difficult task.
The bulk of the trustees training has derived from shared knowledge within the Owl Centre’s team. The charity remains small therefore this is sufficient for the time being.

The Owl Centre Charity provides bespoke therapy training programmes in UK and overseas.
Targets:

To seek another trustee who has better experience of running a charity.

Our main event was a training programme in Vietnam. We - one speech therapist and one occupational therapist, trained 30 Special needs teachers in British evidence-based practices for children with a diagnosis of autism. They devised the programme and delivered it over a period of two weeks. It was very well received and the programme will continue annually.
We continued to try to establish partnerships with organisations in Turkmenistan and Nepal.
