Activities
We are a food club and we buy surplus food for our members from Fareshare, as well as fresh food fromlocal sources at cost. Members pay a small fee each week and get a choice of food. They choosewhat food they want, so unlike a food bank, this gives our members some control and choice, and dignity.The food club helps them budget their income and they also get fresh food at a low cost
Objects: 1. The Prevention Or Relief Of Poverty Or Financial Hardship For People Living In The Borough Of Pendle Who Are In A Condition Of Need, Hardship Or Distress In Such Ways As The Trustees Think Fit, In Particular But Not Exclusively By: A) Providing Low Cost Food Via Membership Of Pendle Food For All Food Club; B) Such Other Means, Including (But Not Limited To) The Provision Of Support And Advice. 2. Such Other Objects As Shall Be Exclusively Charitable By The Law Of England And Wales, As The Trustees Shall Decide.
