Activities
Wipers is a specialist youth charity working with young people aged 10-25 across the UK, principally those in and leaving the criminal justice system and care. Through 1:1 mentoring, accredited group work, employability support, inclusive sport and youth-led research we support wellbeing and potential. Founded and led by Black professionals with lived experience of the system.
Objects: To Advance In Life And Educate Young People In The United Kingdom Through:(a) The Provision Of Recreational And Leisure Time Activities Provided In The Interest Of Social Welfare, Designed To Improve Their Conditions Of Life;(b) Providing Support And Activities Which Develop Their Skills, Capacities And Capabilities To Enable Them To Participate In Society As Mature And Responsible Individuals.nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005] And [Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008]
