Under the company's articles of association they are referred to as the'Trustee Board" Trustee5 are elected for the years at Annual General Meetin8. The criteria, eli8ibility criteria restrictions for the election5 are as per the Articles of Association of the companv. Our trusiees are recruited through a8reed procedure as stated in our Articles of Association. All relevant information 1$ stated under the clause of "Management Committee.. Old Trèfford Muslim society is a mtmbefs organi5ation and we have noagreed clause to allow any e¥temal body to appoint trustet5. The procedure to remove or lor resignation of trustees. is stated in the Articles of Association. We have no induction package and Comrniltee Day taf8eteil to exptsin our policies and pr¢xedure5 for newly appointed trustees. We have ongoing consultations with our service users throu8h monthly Service Users Forum meetings to seek members. views, opinions and criticism about our services. Managernent committee members meet and review sef¥ices monthly rhrough committee meetings. Memebers will be held annually where all are invited to look at the service5 and maTragement of rhe projetts.
