We also do not have an objection to members of the public who may also choose to offer a specific financial gift to the organization and can name it “for missions/priests or ministry”. In such a case the trustees would record this appropriately and ensure that the finances are offered as a gift. Thus, we are open as trustees to offering honorariums to those who facilitate services and as our fellowship grows for example when we have special services or occasions and we have local or visiting priests, and where funds through donations will permit then we do intend to pay reasonable expenses. Trustees may apply also for specific grants only if they contribute to the achievement of its aims and objectives. |

Para 1.46 | The Charity met and exceeded its Charitable objectives and achieved well. There are no concerns, however it is important to acknowledge that the charity partly depends on donations to continue to pay for ongoing costs and also partly food donations in order to continue to serve those members of the public in need. At present there are no risk concerns. |
| Other | Health Risks: The food we receive is mostly from Wholesalers and we have strict food safety guidelines to adhere to which include destroying food that is damaged or that has not been kept to appropriate food hygiene standards. From food received from the public we only accept tinned/canned foods. The food is at all times kept in clean environments including refrigerating fresh products. In terms of dietary requirements, we inform all recipients of the importance of allergy warnings and awareness, and all food are labelled. |

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31 / 08 / 2024 .
- Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have examiner's statement come to my attention (other than that disclosed below *) in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
