Structure Governance and Mana ement Kotelo Mbekeni Foundation was registered as a Charilable Incorporat¢d Organisation on, 14th August 2020, with charity number 1190857. Method of appointment or el¢etion of Trustees Trusl¢es are elecled from the membership in accordance with the charity's constÉtution. b) Policies Yddopted for the induction and training of Trustees The induction process for any new'ly appointed member of the Trustees comprises of an initial meeting w'ith the chair and other Truslees, infom)ation booklets are made available and referral to Charity commission website is also encouraged. Organisational structure and deeision-making The Charity is organised 50 that the Trustees meet regularly to administer ils affairs. There is an administrator / account personnel that handles the daily affairs of the Charity. d) Risk management The Trustees have assess¢d the major risks to which the Charity is exposed, in particular those related to the operations and finances of the Charity. and are satisfied that systems are in pla¢e to mitigate our exposure to the major risks. To advance education for the public benefit by providing assistance to support schools in underprivileged areas of South Afri¢4 Eastern Cape with school uniforn]s. transportation to school, teaching materials and equipment for educalion and sports facilities:

to relieve financial hardship by providing assislance to ory)hanages in Gauteng province, Johannesburg and Pretoria in South Africa to provide facilities and support for education. and to promote social inclusion for the public benefit in the Cambridge area and London bv preventing people from becoming socially excluded, reli¢i'ing the needs of those people who are socially excluded and assisting them to integrate into society through the use of sport, in partlcular, but not limited to football. The charity supported organisations such as Reach Out Autism. This goes in line with our objective to relieve financial hardship and promote social inclusion. The charity also registered for the Annual Football Tournament within the Cambridge community. This is to engage and encourage mental health, to integrate with the communtty lo minimise or ellminate stigm4 promote health and fitness, and boost community spiril. Financlal Review a) Reserves Policy The Trustees have esthblished a policy whereby the unrestricted funds not committed or invested in tangible fixed assets ('the free reserves,) held by the charity should be used according to th¢ objectives pre-detennined and the urgency of the situation. In doing so, the trustees feel that the funds will be objectively used. b) Principal Funding Funding was provtded matnly through donations from the charity members and from the general public. Plans for the Future The Charity aims to continue to provide aulisrn school in South Africa ￿'ith monthly meals as well as supplying food parcels to orphans. The charity also intends to keep working with organisations such as Reach Oui Autism as well as promoiing social incluslon, mental and phvsical health by organising sports events and Meetings.
