Structure and management: CIO with formal bi-annual trustees meetings and further ad hoc meetings as and when required.
Activities and objectives: 1. The promotion of the efficiency of the Armed Forces of the Crown, with specific emphasis on the Inns of Court and City Yeomanry; 2. The relief of those in need, with specific emphasis on those who have or have had a connection with the Inns of Court and City Yeomanry; and 3. The advancement of the education of the public in relation to the Armed Forces of the Crown.
Achievements and performance over the year: Income mainly consisted of dividend income, with donations, including a legacy from the late former Commanding Officer, Major A Benbow. Expenditure was principally on benefactions for current and former soldiers and their associates, the furtherance of the Regimental community including commemoration of the fallen and purchases for the Regimental Museum
