On a series of Sundays each summer we invite passers-by to lay their spare coins on a strip of sticky tape on the iron bridge. wrth the ambition of getting a line of coins from one side of the river to the other. Each event raises funds which are donated to local charities. During the period of this reFX)rt we organised seven SOB events.. Broseley 1st Responders, Haycop Conservation Group, Newport Visually Impaired, Telford Parkinson's Support Group, Madeleylstirchley Guides & Scouts and one for our Prostate Screening. The collections take many fomis large, organised street collections. individuals collecting in their own neighbourhood. plus collections in schools, clubs, and workplaces.
