We help and encourage UK parks, gardens and green spaces open to the public to reserve an area or areas for silent reflection. We operate a website, listing and linking with parks and gardens running a Silent Space. We also keep in touch with the latest research on the health benefits of taking time to reflect in nature. We have one Silent Space in New Zealand.

Objects: To Assist In The Provision Of Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Healthy Recreation, In Particular By The Provision Of Silent Spaces In Public Areas.
