**Objects:** TO ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR HEALTHY RECREATION, IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF SILENT SPACES IN PUBLIC AREAS.

**Activities:** We help and encourage UK parks, gardens and green spaces open to the public to reserve an area or areas for silent reflection. We operate a website, listing and linking with parks and gardens running a Silent Space. We also keep in touch with the latest research on the health benefits of taking time to reflect in nature. We have one Silent Space in New Zealand.
