Due to the impact of COVID-19 we were unable to run any face to face engagement events during the year, which would have incurred costs. l. Swansea Parent Carer Forum ISPCFI intends to spend all its (unrestricted) funds received in any given year on supporting the aim5 and objectives of the charity.
