Our mission is to walk hand in hand with families of terminally ill children or bereaved parents, Helping and supporting them on their journey. Giving families the opportunity to create lasting memories through holidays and experiences, away from the hospital environment. Also offer financial support to help families be their with each other without stress or worry. We operate in Wales.

Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are To Preserve And Protect The Physical And Mental Health Of Terminally Ill Children And Their Families By Such Means As The Trustees Deem Appropriate Such As:-1. Providing Support To Families With Terminally Ill Children And Creating Lasting Memories Using Arts And Crafts To Help Create Memories, E.g. By Making Memory Boxes;2. Offering Financial Support In The Forms Of Grants To Help Relieve Pressure On Families With Their Day To Day Living Expenses Where Needed Or To Bereaved Parents To Help Towards Funeral Costs;3. Providing Books And Reading Materials To Hospitals And Hospices And Providing A Reading Service To The Children;4. Providing Respite Through Holidays For Families With Terminally Ill Children;5. Offering Lasting Memories In The Child's Name Through Activities Such As Tree Planting And Naming A Star;6. Offering Emotional Support To Bereaved Parents Or Parents Coping With Terminally Ill Children; And7. Creating A Space Where Families Can Come To Create Memories And / Or Access End Of Life Care.nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment(scotland) Act 2005] And [section 2 Of The Charities Act (northern Ireland) 2008].
