GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMEI NBS UK is a re8lStered charSty and is governed by its constitution. Following an introductory meeting with the chair and chief financial officer, potential trustees are invited to attend a board meeting at whith theiT application for membership is discussed. Both parties will consider the appointment and the decision will be ratified at the subsequent board meeting. There is no provlslon for the appointrnent of trustees by any external person or LKTrdy.
