Para 1.20 | We were able to offer free coaching to Over 55s for weekly sessions over 18 months funded by Sport England Our junior section now play in the Yorkshire Junior Tennis League We also offered Sports Leadership courses for young people which has led to an increase in volunteering at the club. We now have developed a stronger partnership with local schools and been able to provide tennis coaching in two local schools |

Para 1.21 | Shadwell tennis club is in a strong financial position and holds x2 bank accounts. This year we are looking to invest some of our reserves in a new account. This money is our”sink fund” which we use for renovating /renewal of our facilities in future years. Our community account held £8000 +at year end and is used for day today running costs. |
