From the inception of the Charity. the Found8tion hes provided the Hospital with Equipment and aided urgent requifemenis low the benélit of Cancer patients. The main sourcas of Income received duringthe yèar 2024was Irom General 0on8tions and net proceedsfrom e Fund-raising Dinner Danc8 During the year ending 31 December 2024, the Sri Lanka Leukaemia Foundation equipped e new P8edi8tric ward with 35 beds and interior curtains etc. This h8lp8d the chilorgn with cancer tremendously during iheir process of recovery. Also, during ihe year, the Foundation supplied IT Equipment including desktop computers, barcode re8ders. printers and network devices to enhance the patient record system. This contributed significantly to enh8n¢e the Apeksha National Cancer Hospital to maintaln a comprehensive 8nd efficient patient Cord system.
