Responslbilities and basis of report As the charty's twstees, you are responsible for the preparation of th8 accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (°the A¢t'). I report in resped of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 ofthe 2011 Act and in carying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charty Commission under section 14515)Ib) of the Act.
