Achievements and Perforniance The Foundation increased the donations il receives and kept good control of ils OFerating expenses. The trustees are grateful to every individua donor for Ihe support they have shown the Foundation. Financial Review During the year the Foundalion's income was £34.004 (2024.. £28,036) an increase of 21%. The Foundation made grants to the value of £25,￿1 (2024: £20.000) to Dogar Welfare Trust that enabled the provision of cataract operations. The only other expenditu￿9 were Bank charges and Ihe Independent Examiner'$ fee £394 (2024.. £579). The Cash held at bank increased to £22.995 (2024: £14.385>. The Foundation prepares its account$ on a receipts and payments basis. Structure. Governance and Management The Foundation was sel up as a charilable tnjst by deed on 2 March 2019. The￿ must be al least four trustees. Apart from the first trustees, every tnjstee must be appointed by a resolLrtion of the trustees passed at a special meeting.
