To relieve the needs of the socially and economically disadvantaged communities in Pakistan effected by cancer by: • The relief of poverty or financial hardship by providing or assisting in the provision of education, training, healthcare projects and all the necessary support designed to enable individuals to generate a sustainable income and be selfsufficient.

• The preservation and protection of good physical and mental health of cancer patients undergoing diagnosis or treatment, by proving them with medical aid to cover the cost of their treatment.

  1. The preservation and protection of the physical and mental health of individuals and families in the United Kingdom, who are suffering bereavement or loss by the provision of counselling and support.

The charity has started their activities in order to achieve the objects set in the governing document. During the year they were able to purchase an ambulance for a diagnostic centre in Mirpur Azad Kashmir as well as medication for the pharmacy and electric works.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31 / 03 / 2022 .

Responsibilities and basis of report

As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
