The Charity provides free opportunities for referred individuals in S London and the South East suffering mental health issues, to participate in supervised climbing & bouldering activities in a safe secure environment with professional tuition, support and guidance, for the purposes of relieving symptoms of anxiety and depression. Plus free opportunities for interaction at regular social events.
Objects: To Relieve The Needs Of Those Who Are Suffering From Mental Health Issues In Need Of Rehabilitation As A Result Of Such Illness, In Particular By Providing Rock Climbing And Associated Activities
