**Objects:** TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF THOSE WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES IN NEED OF REHABILITATION AS A RESULT OF SUCH ILLNESS, IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING ROCK CLIMBING AND ASSOCIATED ACTIVITIES

**Activities:** The Charity provides free opportunities for referred individuals in S London and the South East suffering mental health issues, to participate in supervised climbing & bouldering activities in a safe secure environment with professional tuition, support and guidance, for the purposes of relieving symptoms of anxiety and depression. Plus free opportunities for interaction at regular social events.
