Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are For The Public Benefit And Carried Out Within A Christian Ethos:-1. To Help Young People, Especially But Not Exclusively Through Leisure Time Activities, So As To Develop Their Capabilities That They May Grow To Full Maturity As Individuals And Members Of Society By Operating A Youth Club And Activities; And2. To Preserve And Protect The Physical And Mental Health Of Single Parents And Widows / Widowers Who May Have Children With Poor Mental Health Or Who May Have Lost Children Through Sudden Death Or Suicide, By Providing Whatever Physical, Emotional And Spiritual Support Is Necessary To Relieve Their Suffering And Support Them To Live Through Their Loss. Nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment(scotland) Act 2005] And [section 2 Of The Charities Act (northern Ireland) 2008].
