Fdentfying the dtfference the charity's work has made to the circumstances of its beneficiaries and any Nwder benefits to society as a whole. Parn 1.20 Unfortunalety from the start of our rewrting year the Library has been ch)sed for long peric4ls due to the cororkgvirus pandemic. This has had a profound IMW on our normal activities as we have not been able to run any groups or activities due to the rpstricthms that have have been in place thrcrtjghout the year. Hrywever we have taken the opportunty of a quiet time to put in pl￿ the govemance. ￿l￿eS and Pr￿edureS recommernled by the Charity Commission. Our thanks go to all the staff and Voluntee￿ who have supported the Library over the last year in very drfficult ir￿MS￿n￿S. Six displays have ten created for use in the library and other bxations vthen coronavirus restrictions are lift8d..
