Section B Structure, governance and management Icontinyedl Risk and Internal Control The Group Trustee Board has idents'fied the major risks to which they believe the Group is exposed, these have been reviewed and s￿leMS have been estab115hed to mitigate against them. The main areas of concem that have been identified are: Damage to the buildirrfJ, property and equipment. The Group would request the use of buildings. property and equipment from neKJhbouring organisations such as the church. community centre and other Scout Groups. Similar reciprocal arrangements exist wilh these organisations. The Group has sufficient buildings and contents insurance in place lo mitigate against pemianenl loss. I report In respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carrled out under section 145 of the Act and In carrylng out my examination I have followed all appllcable Directlons given by the Charity Comrn15slon under section 145{5llb) ofthe Art Independent examlnerfs statement I have completed my examination.
