Trust•• Inductlon and Tralnlng All new trustees receive a planned induction programme before tsking up their place on the board. This includes an explanation of their role5 and responsibilities, an introduction to other trustees, an overview of recent acb'vities and an explanation of board format and process. Risk management The ttustees have a risk management strategy whieh includes an annual ieview of the risks the charity faces and the establishment ol systems and procedures to mitigale those risks and implerllentation of procedures designed to minimise any potential impact on charity should those risks materialise. It is my responsibility to examine the accounts under section 145 of the 2011 Act,. to follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 14515llbl of the 2011 Act- and to slate whether particular matters have come to my allenlion.
