Spencor Lynx members are drawn together from at least 14 state primary schools across Wandsworth and Lambeth, from dlfferenl soclo- economic, rfrligious and ethnlc backgrounds. The ratio of glrls-boys Is 50.50. Children from low socio- economic andlor mlnority ethnic backgrounds arn priorltised. In September 2023, 42 of our fourth cohort of childrgn {Lynx 4) started their second year of weekly hockey tralnlng on Sundays. runnlng until end March 2024. In addltlon, a new flfth cohort (Lynx 51 of 88 Chlldren (rncruited in the summer term of 2023) stsrted thelr 2- year programme at Spencer Lynx.
