The activities of NBCC are to support its object, which is the advancement of the Christian faith. This is primarily organised around the church building, in Wash Road, through services at the church building and on social media. We also reach out to people through activities in the local area, speaking out about our faith and offering to prayer for their health and circumstances.

Objects: The Objects Of The Nbcc Are To Advance The Christian Faith For The Public Benefit, In Accordance With The Statement Of Beliefs In The Schedule Hereto, In Basildon And The Surrounding Areas And In Such Other Parts Of The United Kingdom Or The World As The Charity Trustees May From Time To Time Think Fit And To Fulfil Suchother Purposes Which Are Exclusively Charitable According To The Law Of England And Wales And Are Connected With The Charity Work Of The Charity.nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of Nbcc For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (scotland) Act 2005] And [section 2 Of The Charities Act (northern Ireland) 2008].
