It was registered at the Charity CommAssion on 25 February 2020. The govcrning document is avaAlable at ht s:l/teVerSedS.o In the fifth year of operdtion, the Friends has raised £13,000 and spent £20,000 in a t to All Saints PCC and £600 in architect's fees. The Trustees roaintsined the websAte to promote the activity of the Friends. The costs of the website are borne exgratid by a Trustee. There have been no idated parties trat]sactioDs. The charity generated a loss of £7,600 in the year to 31 December 2024. TotaI Income was £139000. Total expenditure was £20,600. There were no operating e4)ense5. with other expenses (website, postage, etc.) covered exgwtia by the TteeS themsdves. The Trustees have not considered it necessary to set a forn1 level of reserve which the CharAty is requxred to mArntAiZL The level of sraDc cxp¢ndirure enttrety at the discretion of the Trnstees and is set with reference to annual income.
