The purpose of the FrAends of All Saints, Tevershan) is to assist the Incumbent (or. in the
absence of an incumbent, the ]awfid minister in Charge) 2nd the Parochi31 Church Council An
the restoratioJ4 Preservatio￿ repatr, maintenance. impmvement and beautAfication of the
Parish Church of All Saints, Teversham in the Diocese of Ely foT the benefit of au r&sidents of
the ecdeslastical p3fAsh of Teversham and surrrRmding w and of the monuments, fittings,
fixtures, stained glass, furnAtUTe. ornaments and chattels in the church and churchyard
belongtng to the Church.
The acttvities of the chariry are fiJndr2iSiD8 by MeM￿P subscTAPtioni eveiits, grant
2pplicatAons, and general donations. In Pkn1￿ their actAvities for the yea4 the Trustffs have
considered the Charity Commi&sion's guidance on public benefit.
The Friends was constituted as a Charitable Incoy>rdted Organisthon on 5 Febrnary 2020 by
adoptiag the Charity Commission's 'Foundation M(Kld' model governlng document. It was
registered at the Charity CommAssion on 25 February 2020. The govcrning document is

In the fifth year of operdtion, the Friends has raised £13,000 and spent £20,000 in a
t to All Saints PCC and £600 in architect's fees. The Trustees roaintsined the websAte to
promote the activity of the Friends. The costs of the website are borne exgratid by a Trustee.
There have been no idated parties trat]sactioDs.
The charity generated a loss of £7,600 in the year to 31 December 2024. TotaI Income was
£139000. Total expenditure was £20,600. There were no operating e4)ense5. with other
expenses (website, postage, etc.) covered exgwtia by the T￿￿teeS themsdves.
The Trustees have not considered it necessary to set a forn￿1 level of reserve which the
CharAty is requxred to mArntAiZL The level of sraDc cxp¢ndirure ￿ enttrety at the discretion of
the Trnstees and is set with reference to annual income. The nature of the CharAtys activities As
such that w&$ possible to maintain sufficient fijnds in the bank to meet any liabilities 8s thry
fell due.
The Trustees have considered the risks inherent in the Charity and taken steps to

The Clwity is governed by a governing document dated s February 2020. It is a CIMritable
Incorporated Organisxtion Tegistered with the Charity commi￿100 in England and ￿￿e5 (no.
1188174).
Canon Wick MoAr is the Incumbent of All Saints Teversham and ex ofvo chair of the
Parochial Church Council. The management and finance of the two organlsations are,
however, entirety separate. Dr Ian HuJJt 1$ 21so an dected member of the Parochial Church
Council of the ecdesiastical parish OfTeVersh￿
The Trustees are responsible under the provisions of the Charity Act 2011 for the
preparation of accounts for each fitwic1￿ year that gAve 2 true and fair view of the state of
affaArs of the Friends and of its income and expenditure for the yeaL
