Appointment of trustees is governed by the Trust deed of the tharity. The board of trustees is authorised to appoint trustees at their discretion. Trus In Inl The charity ensures that all trustees are directed to the exienslve guidance avallable on the Charity Commisslon website in relation to the role of trustees and their responsibilities. Trustees are aware that it is their responsibility to keep abreast of developments in relation to the governance of tharltles. Trustee meetings are held regularly at 107 Epping New Road or by Zoorn etc. The trust is not dependent on the services of any other unpaid volunteers.
