The trustees present their report with the financial ststements of the charity for the period ended
31st March 2025.
The trustees have adopted the provisions of the Ststement of Recommended Practlce1SORPI

Trustee meetings are held regularly at 107 Epping New Road or by Zoorn etc.
The trust is not dependent on the services of any other unpaid volunteers.

The trustees have a duty to identify and remew the risks to which the charity is exposed and to

In the opinion of the trustees the charity is not exwsed to any major risks.

capital fund whose investment income will enable Holocaust education s to be provided.

The trustees are responsible for preparing the Report of the Trustees and the financial ststements
in accordance wrch applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards l United Kingdom
Generally Accepted kcounting Practice).
The law applicable to charities in England and Wale5. the Charities Act 2011, Charlty l Accounts
and Reports) Regulatlons 2008 and the prowsions of the trust deed requires the trustees to
prepare flnancial ststements for each financial year whlch give a true and fair view of the state
of affairs of the charity and of the incoming resources and application of resources, includln8 the

Accountlng conventlon
The financial statements have been prepared underthe historical cost convention, with the
exception of investments, whlch are induded at market value. as modified by the revaluation of
certain assets and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entrties
l effectlve April 20081. the Chartties Art 2011 and the requlrements of the Statement of
Recommended Practice, Accounting and Reporting by Charities.

Exemption has been taken from preparlng a cash flow statement on the grounds that the charity
qualifles as a small charity-
Incomlng resources
All incoming resources are included on the Ststement of Flnanclal Activltles when the charity is
legally entitled to the Income and the amount can be qualified wlth reasonable accuracy.
Resources expended
Expenditure is accounted for on an accruals basls and has been classified under headings that
a88re8ate all cost related to the category. Where costs cannot be dlrectly attributed to particular
headin85, they have been allocated to activities on a basls consistent with the use of resources.
Grants offered subjert to conditions, which have not been met at the year end date, are noted

Fixed asset investments are stated at market value.
For investments where no such value is readily ascertalnable, assets are stated at cost less
provision for diminution in value.
