Appointment of trustees is governed by the Trust deed of the charity. The board of trustee5 15 authorised to appoint tnjstees at their discretion. On 18th February 2021 the Trust acquired at no cost Land at Traps Hill. Loughton, Esses IGIO ISZ. The lease is for 125 years and contains a provslon for a pepercorn rent If demanded. The Trustee5 have decided not value this lease in the accounts of the Trust due to its restrirtNe Use. Grant maklng pollcv The trust provide5 grants to support the leadership training of youn8 volunteers in Redbridge. It also provides scholar5hip5 for its graduates to participate in specialist course5 in Israel.
