Review of 2022

We had a good 2022 with number steady week on week. The equipment has been updated and innovative ideas used.

Current volumes do not need any grants in the 2023/2024 financial year.

As always a big thank you to all the volunteers without which we could not carry on – a special mentioned to the junior volunteers – Ryan, Kasie, Vienna and Carter.

Plans for 2023

Other than keeping the youth club “fresh” with new ideas it is very much business as usual.

Numbers are good and we will have to keep a close eye on these and consider moving some juniors into seniors early than September if necessary.

Hours will remain as 17:45 – 19:00 for juniors and 19:10 – 20:30 for seniors although we will now have access from 17:15 as there is more equipment to set up.

Subs will remain for a 4[th] year at £2.

Roles for 2023

Mark to remain as Chairman

Heidi as Treasurer

Becca as Secretary

All other Trustees to help as, as they have been doing, on an ad hoc basis.

Monitoring/development

The introduction of new junior volunteers has been good as these are the “future”.

Further seniors should be identified and used for the junior sessions, closely monitored and assisted by an adult volunteer

Summer hours

We will close in August and stay open in July if we have enough volunteers.

Equipment

Mark to purchase three printers for Trustee use.

Volunteers

Everyone should try to find one volunteer during 2023.
