The Trustees have paid due regard to guidance issued by the Charity Comtnission in deciding what activities the should underthke. The company's policy is to consult and discuss with employees, through unions. staff councils and at meetings, matters likely to affect emplo)'ees' interests. Inforniation of matters of concern to employees is given through information bull¢tins and reports which seek to achieve a ¢on]mon aw'arcness on the partof all employees ofthe financial and economic faLtors affecting th¢ group's perfomiance.
