WIMBORNE m￿STER MUSICAL HERrrAGE TRusr I reEXIrt to the trustees on my examination of the financial statements of Wimknrne Minster Musical Heritage Trust (the trust) for the period ended 31 De£ember 2023 As the trustees of the trust you are respx)nsible for the preparation of the financial statements in accordance with the ￿quireMents of the Charities Act 2011 (the 201 l Act) I rewrt in resrect of my examination of the trust's financial statements carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act. In carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145 15) (b) of the 2011 Act. IndeFrndent Exaniiner's statenient Since the trust's income did not exceed £2 1,000 the charity is not requiitd to have an audit, or an independent examiner's rep)rt, but they have requested a rewrt to indicate iEst practice. Your attention is drawn to the fact that the charitv has prepared financial stateiiieiits in accordance with Accounting and Rewrting by Charities preparins their accounts in accordance with Financial Reportins Standard applicable in the L'K and Republic ot Ireland IFRS 102) in preference to Accounting by Charities.. Statement of Reconimended Practice issued on l April 2005 which is referred to in the extant regulations but has now Eren withdrawn. l understand that this has ￿en done in order for financial ststements to provide a true and fair view im accordance with The Generally Accepted Accounting Practice effective for rewrting peri(Kts I￿gInnIng on or after l January 2015. I have completed my examination.
