In carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145 15) (b) of the 2011 Act. IndeFrndent Exaniiner's statenient Since the trust's income did not exceed £2 1,000 the charity is not requiitd to have an audit, or an independent examiner's rep)rt, but they have requested a rewrt to indicate iEst practice. Your attention is drawn to the fact that the charitv has prepared financial stateiiieiits in accordance with Accounting and Rewrting by Charities preparins their accounts in accordance with Financial Reportins Standard applicable in the L'K and Republic ot Ireland IFRS 102) in preference to Accounting by Charities.. Statement of Reconimended Practice issued on l April 2005 which is referred to in the extant regulations but has now Eren withdrawn. l understand that this has en done in order for financial ststements to provide a true and fair view im accordance with The Generally Accepted Accounting Practice effective for rewrting peri(Kts IgInnIng on or after l January 2015. I have completed my examination.
