					unicorporated organisation). The trustees voted to close the unincorporated organisation on the 22"' of
					January 2020 and to transfer all assets of Mentell to Mentell CIO on the 23"ofJanuary 2020. The total ofassets transferred consisted of bank
					and cash of816,206.08 (this is shown in the accounts attached).
