Section D Achievements and performance Summary oftho main achlevements of the charity during the year During the course of the year membership of the club started at 31 and ended at 38 volunteers. The main aclivities are shown at Section C above. The main achievements were maintaining Ihe high profile of the dub within the local community and organising events vthich both served Ihe cL)mmunity and raised funds for good causes. The Beer Festival ntinues to be a significant susS and the mmunity lunch also provided support and friendship for members of the community who might not otherwise have the opportunity to. Requests for grants were able to be met from funds raised where it was agreed to offer assistan and the club administration fijnd (not collected from the public - only intemall remained in g(KKI standing. Section E Financial review Brief statement of the charity's policy on resorves The charity runs a community. charity and savings account as well as an administrative account. The administrative accounl holds funds which have been collected by subscriptions from members, services of club members that have been paid for, and intemal fund raising plus any donations that have tEen made wth the intention of supporting the costs of running the dub. The Charity account contains funds which have already been agreed to be donated but not yet paid out.
