11.30am to 3pm. The cylch are
members of Mudiad Meithrin and
receive continuous support from
Mudiad Meithrin. It is run by a
committed and motivated team of
staff and voluntary committee. The
Cylch follows the principles of the
foundation phase where children learn
through play. lt also offers every child
within the age range an opportunity
to attend, irrespective of their needs,
colour, language, religion, social
economy background or family
circumstances. The Cylch is very
important to children's development
and is instrumental in offering the
best possible start in life in relation to
language development, social

received by the Childcare and Early
Years Small Grants Scheme through
Denbighshire County Council to
provide an outdoor play area for
Meithrin Mwy.

Review of the charity’s Para 1.21 At the end of the financial year the
financial position at the account balance in the current
end of the period account was £8,318.19 in credit and
the balance in the Reserves Account
was £64,004.24
Profit shown is £52,318 for the year
however, the true profit for the
financial year was £37198.19, as the
rent payment for 2021/22 had not
gone through the account until the
start of the new tax year and there is

Reserves account, which has not yet
been spent.
