through play. lt also offers every child
within the age range an opportunity
to attend, irrespective of their needs,
colour, language, religion, social
economy background or family
circumstances. The Cylch is very
important to children's development
and is instrumental in offering the
best possible start in life in relation to

financial position at the account balance in the current
end of the period account was £8,318.19 in credit and
the balance in the Reserves Account
