The Prevention Or Relief Of Poverty By Providing Social Housing, In The Form Of Almshouse Accommodation, For Persons In Need Of Such Accommodation Due To Financial Hardship Or Limited Financial Resources, Who (Except In Special Cases To Be Determined By The Trustees) Have Been Resident In The Village Of West Haddon For At Least Two Years Prior To Their Initial Application, Or Who Have Demonstrably Strong Or Long-Standing Connections With The Village.2. Such Charitable Purposes For The Benefit Of Residents And Former Residents As The Trustees May From Time To Time Decide.
