To take under privileged or special needs children to the cinema or to see a show at Christmas or moreoften if possible. For the benefit of school aged children in the Northampton area. The charity is not limitedto this area but can expand as and when possible but initially limited to England.

Objects: 1) To Advance In Life And Help Young People Through: I) The Provision Of Recreational And Leisure Time Activities Provided In The Interest Of Social Welfare, Designed To Improve Their Conditions Of Life; And Ii) Providing Support And Activities Which Develop Their Skills, Capacities And Capabilities To Enable Them To Participate In Society As Mature And Responsible Individuals.2) For The Public Benefit To Promote The Education (Including Social And Physical Training) In Such Ways As The Trustees Think Fit, Including By: I) Awarding To Such Persons Scholarships, Maintenance Allowances Or Grants Tenable At Any University, College Or Institution Of Higher Or Further Education; And Ii) Providing Their Education (Including The Study Of Music Or Other Arts), To Undertake Travel In Furtherance Of That Education Or To Prepare For Entry To Any Occupation, Trade Or Profession On Leaving Any Educational Establishment.3) To Assist In The Treatment And Care Of Persons Suffering From Mental Or Physical Illness Of Any Description Or In Need Of Rehabilitation As A Result Of Such Illness.4) Any Other Charitable Purposes Within The Charities Act 2011 As The Trustees Fit.
