To Advance Education Amongst Socially And/or Economically Disadvantaged Persons, In Particular But Not Exclusively Literacy And Technical Training Through The Provision Of Grants To Educational Organisations For The Public Benefit.3. To Advance The Good Physical And Mental Health Amongst Socially And/or Economically Disadvantaged Communities Through The Provision Of Grants In Particular But Not Exclusively To Train Medical Staff, Improve Health Care And Hygiene Practices For The Public Benefit.
