Para 1.20 | The charity has continued to focus on establishing itself as the principal community hub, adding new events to its well-established community and fundraising events, in addition to special events such as the Coronation Day celebrations and the hall’s inaugural Bonfire Night. As a result, more residents who had not attended community events were attracted to the hall. Newcomers to the village were also welcomed into the community, and many hall events have been much better attended than expected. |

(f) A trustee appointed by the appointing body has the same duty under clause 9(1) as the other charity trustees to act in the way he or she decides in good faith would be most likely to further the purposes of the CIO. |
