Introduction

The trustees of the Assistance Dog Council (ADC) are pleased to present their annual report for the fiscal year ending 31 March 2021. The report reflects the charity’s ongoing commitment to bringing equality to all assistance dog users throughout the UK.

Objectives and Activities

In line with ADC’s objectives, we provided advice, support, and education to assistance dog handlers and service providers while promoting animal welfare and training support. Despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, we adapted to continue serving our beneficiaries effectively.

Achievements and Performance

During the year, ADC:

  1. Assisted handlers with disputes and provided vital advice through publications and digital communication.
