Para 1.20	HHB maintained a weekly outreach programme ensuring those who are homeless and living in poverty have received food, clothing and other items to survive whilst being street homeless and/or living in poverty. Volunteers have assisted service users helping them obtain housing, drug and alcohol rehabilitation and navigation through the benefit system.
