governing document are as
follows:
1. The advancement of the Islamic
religion by way of:
a. promoting the teachings and tenets of
Islam
b. the provision of facilities for worship
and Islamic education
2. To promote for the inhabitants of
Loughborough and the
surrounding area the provision of
facilities for recreation and other
leisure time occupation of individuals
who have need of such
facilities by reason of their youth, age,
infirmity or disablement,
financial hardship or social and
economic circumstances.

carried out through a variety of
activities and events targeting key areas
such as community cohesion

activities for the public to attend.

targeted at the users of the centre, and by
means of educating the
community on the universal message of
peace and tolerance for all
peoples mandated by the religion of
Islam.
(3) Advancing the religion of Islam
carried out through means of
sermons, seminars, weekly classes and
any other activities the trustees
believe fulfil this objective.
(4) The centre is aimed at helping young
people by providing space for
them to congregate, organising activities
which include them, or target
them specifically, for the purpose of
helping their development of full
maturity and good citizenship.
(5) Promoting other charitable purposes
are carried out via appeals for
help to benefit issues in the local
community or within the UK such as
collecting money and resources for
natural disasters, to alleviate poverty,
promoting causes for this purpose by
way of announcements, social and
digital media and any other form of
promotion for any other charitable
purpose the trustees believe will fulfil this
objective.

Review of the charity’s
financial position at the end
of the period
Para 1.21 The Trustees are satisfied with the
financial position held at the end of
the period of £6,182.64. This consists of
an expenditure of £33,592.96 and takes
into consideration a portion of which was
used for the leasing of a new property
and making an upfront rent payment of 2
years to secure the lease. This was a
primary objective to obtain permanent
premises for the charity.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended31/12 /2022.
As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the
Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have
come to my attention in connection with the examination (other than that
disclosed below *) which gives me cause to believe that in, any material
respect:
