other aid to support programs with the
objective of protecting, monitoring, and

Charlty number: 1186668 Res onsibilities and basis of re ort I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity for the year ended 31 March 2024. As the charity trustees. you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the Charities Act 20111.the Act"). I report in respect of my examination of the charity's account5 carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examlnation, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 1451511bl of the Act. Inde endent examiner's statement I have completed my examlnation. I confirm that no material matters have ¢ome to my attention in connettion with the examlnation which gives me cause to belleve that in, any material respect.. the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Act,. or the accounts did not accord with the accounting records,. or the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements concernin@ the form and ontent of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a 'true and fairf view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination.
