From the end of November 2019to March 2020 the scheme

physiotherapists
and opticians. Journeys also included

hospitals across Staffordshire
and further afield into the West
Midlands
and Derbyshire.
In March last year the scheme had to be suspended
due to the pandemic
as many ofour drivers are vulnerable
to the transmission
of coronavirus.
The scheme telephone
lines have been diverted to the member ofstaff
