inhabitants of Burmington, Willington and
Tidmington, without distinction of sex, sexual

meetings, lectures and classes or other
forms of recreation and leisure time
occupation with the object of improving the
conditions of life for the said inhabitants.

of the inhabitants of the three villages
and surrounding area.
