Activities
To provide cricket facilities to the local and surrounding communities of Howe Bridge, Atherton.We operate 3 senior teams and 5 junior teams (aged 9-18) as well running the AllStars program for 4-8 year olds, promoted by the England & Wales Cricket Board.Away from cricket we also up our ground and facilities to the wider community to act as a focal point and bring people together.
Objects: To Promote Community Participation In Healthy Recreation By Providing Facilities For Playing Cricket ('facilities' Means Land, Buildings, Equipment And Organising Sporting Activities);to Provide And Assist In Providing Facilities For Sport, Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupation Of Such Persons Who Have Need For Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disablement, Poverty Or Social And Economic Circumstances Or For The Public At Large In The Interests Of Social Welfare And The Object Of Improving Their Conditions Of Life; Andto Advance The Education Of Children And Young People Through Such Means As The Directors Think Fit In Accordance With The Law Of Charity.
