The trusteès unanimously agreed lo retain the surplus'disposable. income and continue wf(h their efforts to improve the condition of Church Cottage I despite resistance from the tsnanll . The Charty's expenditure on meeting ils Charitsble Airn¥ tolalled £8,171 In addition the Cost of malntaining Charity wa8 £1,549.. comprising Cost of insurance, maintenance of the cottage and obtainlng statutory eertificates.
