It recognises the guidance issued by the Charity Commission with regard to statutory declaration and follows its guide lines as closely as possible and in particular, with it being a sports club, those on the advancement of health, citizenship & community development, amateur sport, human rights and the promotion of racial harmony, equality and diversity.

The club changed its accounts during the year such that all accounts are with the NatWest Bank. So we now have two overall Sports Club accounts ie, a Business Reserve Account and a Business Current Account. We have also added a Business Current Account for the Bowls Section to enable them to deal with their section finances during the playing season. A Cricket account will be added next season.
